COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information
As we navigate this situation together, we wanted reach out and provide an update on what steps Desert Foothills is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our staff and guests. We remain vigilant in upholding these practices and will take additional precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention(CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local governments. We continue to monitor this evolving situation and will keep you informed of future updates.
Your health and well-being are our highest priority and we truly appreciate the trust that you place in us when you choose Desert Foothills for your next event.
Why choose us? We are an outdoor venue with fresh air and have four acres of space to spread out tables and the footprint of your event. We are willing to overset your event with extra picnic tables at no cost to help spread out. We are an all-dirt venue and have very few touch-points.
Thank you for your continued loyalty.
Below are a few highlights that may change as we progress through the next event season beginning in September:
- Regularly and continually cleaning and sanitizing touchpoint areas and surfaces including bars and bathrooms during the event time.
- Making available alcohol-based hand sanitizer at stations during the event.
- In addition to practicing preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our facilities, all of our picnic tables and bars go through a cleaning process before and after each event.
- Catering and staff to be provided with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as recommended by the CDC.
Promoting plated dinners, and implementing single sided-served buffets, which may incur and added expense depending on the caterer.
